Oby\u010dejn\u00e1 voda je stavebn\u00edm kamenem nejen na\u0161eho t\u011bla, ale bez n\u00ed se neobjedeme ani, kdy\u017e se sna\u017e\u00edme zhubnout. Jeliko\u017e voda p\u0159ed j\u00eddlem zapln\u00ed \u017ealudek, tolik toho nesn\u00edme, voda pak dod\u00e1v\u00e1 hydrataci t\u011blu no a t\u00edm, \u017ee pijeme vodu studenou, urychlujeme tak\u00e9 metabolismus. P\u0159itom je to tak snadn\u00e9, hl\u00eddat si pitn\u00fd re\u017eim by m\u011bl zvl\u00e1dnout ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s. Stihli jste sn\u00eddani? Pravidlo asi nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159esto tolik opom\u00edjen\u00e9.
